At Kaminiarz, we have been combining tradition with a modern approach to quality and environmental responsibility for years. As a manufacturer operating on the European market, we know how important it is to care not only about the product, but also about people and the planet. We make sure that our processes are as environmentally friendly as possible, we limit our impact on the natural environment, and we support local initiatives. We want to build a future based on balance – combining the high quality of our services with care for the planet and good relations with our neighbors. ESG is an official part of our business strategy, and its implementation allows us to develop our company in a way that is friendly to the environment and the local community.

	Environmental responsibility We monitor and reduce water consumption by conducting regular analyses and wastewater quality tests to ensure compliance with the highest standards. We have invested in modern closed-loop washers, which significantly reduce water consumption. We implement energy audits and modernize production technologies to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Every year, we recover hundreds of tons of raw materials—in 2024, as much as 283 tons of waste was recycled. We work with packaging recovery organizations and design environmentally friendly packaging that is free of harmful substances.
	Efficiency and innovation In 2024, we decided to calculate the organization's CO₂ emissions in all scopes (Scope 1, 2, 3). We set specific emission reduction targets and provide training for employees in energy efficiency and climate protection: Reduction of greenhouse gases by 20% in Scope 2 (market-based) through the installation of PV systems by 2030 Reduce packaging waste by 10% relative to sales by 2030 Reduce the organization's consumption of electricity from fossil fuels by 20% by 2030
	Certifications and transparency We hold BRCGS certification, which confirms the highest standards of safety and quality in our production. We regularly monitor key environmental and social indicators (KPIs) – from water and energy consumption, through emissions and waste, to health and safety and diversity in the workplace.

Social responsibility For years, we have been involved in initiatives that support the local community and build interpersonal relationships. We regularly support the Serce z Opłatkiem (Heart with Christmas Wafer) campaign, which organizes Christmas Eve dinners for the poor, lonely, and homeless. We work with the Leszno Food Bank to support those in need in the region. We actively participate in local events—we help organize harvest festivals in the municipality of Święciechowa and firefighter picnics, e.g., OSP Trzebiny.
