International Celiac Day in Poland is celebrated for the 16th time. The Polish Association of People with Celiac Disease and on a Gluten Free Diet conducts this year's celebrations under the slogan: "CELIAKIA - MASTER OF HIDE-HIDE". Details can be found on the association's website: www.celiakia.pl
